The space

100-year-old Paper Warehouse that has been recently renovated into beautiful loft apartments. These converted lofts offer 12-foot exposed beam ceilings, brick accent walls, original wood factory flooring, and oversized windows that face East and offer great views of the Hoan Bridge.

This apartment is located in a private wing of the building to give you added privacy. Modern kitchen with quartz countertops, bathroom with shower curtains designed by local artists from Reginald Baylor Studios in Walkers Point, stacked washer/dryer and & free WiFi! Watch Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ on our FireTV! Alexa enabled so that the TV is fully functional through our Amazon Echo Dot. Complimentary coffee is also included.

Guest access

You have access to the entire apartment which you are staying in as well as any community spaces in the building. Due to construction, the community lounge and coffee bar may not be available to use until the end of January!

Other things to note

Looking for to host a larger group for events like the Democratic National Convention or the Ryder Cup? Check out all of our 3rd/5th Ward Loft apartments that are available. We are located in our own private wing of the building in congruent apartments! One apartment is taken but there are four more available with a fifth on the way come March and a Penthouse in April!

Complimentary coffee in the apartment is offered but feel free to grab coffee from the community lounge between 6am-10am starting Feb 1st, 2020.

Currently the building is still under construction. The North side of the building will be completed February 15th and construction workers will be on site until then. Since we are located in our own private wing of the building however, there is no interaction with workers unless they are working in the community areas.
