The building our apartments are located in was constructed in 1900 and used as a paper warehouse. Our converted lofts offer 12-foot exposed beam ceilings, brick accent walls, and oversized windows facing East offer great views of the river and the Hoan Bridge! All of our units are located in a private wing of the building to give our guests added privacy as well as a view of the Coakley Brothers Water Tower Sculpture which lights up at night and is one of the most iconic landmarks.
This two-bedroom unit has views looking south towards the Allen Bradley Clock. The living room area has two oversized windows that allow let in a ton of light throughout the day. The kitchen is open to the living area as well to keep everyone engaged while preparing a meal or just simply mingling in the apartment. Each bedroom has access to the jack and jill bathroom with sliding doors that lock. The half bath is located just off the kitchen as well for those who may be sleeping on the sofa bed or guests who are stopping by. The bedrooms are very spacious and have walk-in closets for those looking for a longer stay.
The kitchen is stocked with silverware, dishware, and dinnerware. The kitchen also includes cookware, full-sized appliances, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Free WiFi along with access to Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and ESPN+ through a 50″ Amazon FireTV. Ask Alexa to play your favorite show or to turn on FireTV!
Guests will have access to all common and community areas within the building. The building is still under construction but the coffee lounge and community room should be done by February 1st. Complimentary coffee is made and served between 6-10am.
This apartment is located on the south side of the building with windows that face an active train track. While the train does not sound its horn, you will hear it passing by frequently as it slowly rolls through the city.
